Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Thirsty Blooms by Sophie, we want you to feel confident placing your order with us. Please review the terms below to understand our refund and cancellation process.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a full refund if your request is made within 3 hours of placing your order and the arrangement has not yet entered production (i.e., flowers have not been sourced and no design work has started).

Note: Custom or personalized floral arrangements may not be eligible for a full refund depending on their production status.

2. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

  • Contact us via phone or text within 3 hours of placing your order.
  • Requests made after the 3-hour window will be reviewed case-by-case.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Arrangements that have already been delivered or picked up.
  • Orders canceled after entering production.
  • Custom or personalized designs already started or completed.

4. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Arrangements

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations (though we always aim to impress!), please reach out within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • We may request photos to help assess the issue.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement arrangement.

5. Changes to Your Order

Need to make a change? Let us know right away.

  • Changes made within 3 hours of placing your order are typically free.
  • Changes requested after production starts may incur additional fees.

6. Event Orders (Weddings, Corporate, etc.)

Large or custom event orders are subject to the terms outlined in your individual event contract. Please refer to that agreement for refund and cancellation details.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated without notice. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.
